SHIPPING POLICY
At BARE APPAREL, we are committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping guidelines below.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Orders placed before 12 PM (EST) may be processed the same day
- Orders placed after 12 PM, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
PRE-ORDERS & BACKORDERS
Items marked as pre-order or backorder are not immediately available for shipment.
Estimated processing and shipping time: 4–6 weeks. Orders containing pre-order items will ship once inventory is received, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
By placing an order for a pre-order item, you acknowledge and accept this extended timeframe.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
We ship via UPS
Standard shipping: 2–5 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and carrier delays.
Please note: Shipping timeframes begin after your order has been processed, not at the time of purchase.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.
BARE APPAREL is not responsible for:
Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer
Packages returned due to address errors
If your package is returned, shipping fees may apply to reship your order.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
BARE APPAREL is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
If your package is marked delivered but not received:
Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist with claim documentation if needed.
